CPAPALL is operated by Wuxi Qili Technology Co., Ltd., established in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through cpapall.com.

2. Information we collect

When you send an enquiry, we may collect your name, company name, business email, product or SKU of interest, estimated quantity, links you provide and the content of your message.

Our hosting and form service providers may also process basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, date and time of access, for security, delivery and service operation.

3. How we use the information

We use the information to answer your enquiry, discuss products or samples, prepare quotations, assess custom packaging or product-development requests, prevent abuse and keep necessary business records.

We process enquiries to respond to your business request and take steps toward a possible supply arrangement. Optional statistics and advertising measurement rely on your consent. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. If we introduce optional marketing messages, we will provide a clear choice where required.

4. Service providers and international processing

We use service providers to host the website, deliver enquiry forms and manage business email. Our enquiry form is processed through Formspree. These providers process information only to provide their services to us and may operate in countries other than your own.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our legal rights or in connection with a business reorganization.

5. Cookies and advertising measurement

Optional measurement is off by default. Our privacy choices let you accept or reject visit statistics and advertising measurement separately. Refusing either does not prevent you from browsing products or sending an enquiry.

Necessary storage: we store your privacy choices on this browser for up to 180 days, so we can respect them. Our hosting and form providers also process technical information needed to deliver and protect their services.

Visit statistics, if you agree: Google Analytics receives information about pages visited, successful enquiries, browser and device details, and online identifiers. Analytics cookies, such as _ga, distinguish visits; they may last up to two years depending on Google settings and browser restrictions. We do not use Google Signals or advertising personalization.

Advertising measurement, if you agree: Google Ads uses ad-click identifiers, cookies such as _gcl_au (typically up to 90 days), device and browser information, and successful-enquiry events to measure which ads lead to enquiries. Google may process your IP address when your browser contacts its services. We do not use remarketing or enhanced conversions, and our enquiry measurement does not send your name, email, company or message to Google.

X advertising measurement, if you agree: the X Pixel records website visits, button interactions and successful-enquiry events to measure and optimize our X ads. X may receive your IP address, browser and device details, page URL, ad-click identifiers and cookie identifiers, including _twclid. The X Pixel may automatically collect the name and email address you enter in our forms and send hashed versions to X for matching and ad attribution. Hashing transforms these details into coded values; it does not make them anonymous. Our custom enquiry event does not add company names, message contents or product requirements. We do not create website-visitor remarketing audiences. X may process this data outside your country under its Privacy Policy.

Product videos: video previews are stored on our website. YouTube connects only after you press play or follow a YouTube link. YouTube may then receive your IP address, browser and device information, and may use cookies or similar storage under Google’s policies.

Use Privacy settings in the footer to review or withdraw consent at any time. Changes apply to future measurement, and withdrawing a choice reloads the page to stop previously enabled tags. 6. Retention and security

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a business relationship, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.
