At CPAPALL, our work often starts with a simple question from a customer: “Can you help us source this?”

We work with CPAP accessory brands. Some customers bring detailed drawings and specifications. Others bring a sample or an idea, and we work through the details together, using applicable standards and industry practices where guidance is needed.

The request may sound simple. Behind it, there are often several factories to find and connect.

Headgear: From Fabric to Finished Product

With headgear, we start with the laminated fabric. Then come cutting and specialized sewing to join the parts securely. Each step affects the next, so we follow the work through to make sure the material, shape, and stitching meet the customer’s requirements.

Plastic Connectors: Getting the Fit Right

A small connector can take a lot of careful work. We coordinate accurate modeling and fit checks for the intended CPAP device, then arrange production and packaging with an injection molding factory qualified for the project.

Bedside Tables: Working Across Industries

Sometimes a request takes us into other industries. A bedside table may need an aluminum tube frame from one factory and a fabric top from another. Our job is to coordinate dimensions, samples, and assembly until the two parts fit together.

Filters: Bringing Different Materials Together

A filter with aluminum and plastic parts also brings different suppliers into one project. We work through the material requirements and component dimensions with them, keeping the finished product in mind.

Much of our day is spent checking details, asking questions, and following up. It takes patience and care.

We know our customers have a demanding job: understanding their customers, deciding what to make, and building a brand. We keep learning from them. Our part is to put in the time and attention needed to bring the supply chain together.
